Perfect Green Detox Smoothie Recipe
Overview
Green detox smoothie is my absolute favorite smoothie after a long weekend out with friends or after having a bit too many cheat meals. This perfect drink is a great and quick way to start off your day with some extra energy or just to have for a refreshing midday snack. As always, for the best result remember to use frozen fruits.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (60g) of spinach
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup (165g) of pineapple
- ½ of one medium ripe avocado (~100g)
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 5 leaves of mint
- Ice for your liking

Equipment
- 1 Smoothie Blender
Ingredients
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 banana (large)
- 1 cup pineapple
- 0,5 avocado medium ripe
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 leaves mint
- ice for your liking
Optional for high protein version
- 0.5 cup greek yogurt
- 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla flavored protein powder of your choice
Instructions
- Throw all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high speed until the texture gets smooth
- Enjoy
