  • 0.5 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or any of your preferred protein powder)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup ice

Optional

  • Add more berries if you like a sweeter smoothie
  • add ice or almond milk if you’re looking for a more liquidy consistency
