Instructions
Place the baby spinach leaves in a blender with a cup of water and blend until it turns into an even bright green liquid.
Add other ingredients to the blended liquid - 1 peeled banana, half of an apple, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, squeezed juice from half of a lime.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until liquid becomes smooth and creamy.
