Equipment

  • 1 Smoothie Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 banana large
  • 0.5 apple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 fresh lime or lime juice
  • 1 cup water

Optional

  • 1 scoop any of your preferred protein powder for high protein version

Instructions
 

  • Place the baby spinach leaves in a blender with a cup of water and blend until it turns into an even bright green liquid.
  • Add other ingredients to the blended liquid - 1 peeled banana, half of an apple, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, squeezed juice from half of a lime.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes or until liquid becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy
