Sesame Honey Chicken Recipe - Delicious & Protein-Rich Chinese Food
An easy and delicious sesame honey chicken recipe that takes just 15 minutes to make. The recipe uses easy-to-find and healthier ingredients that give the same delicious end result as ordering honey chicken from a Chinese restaurant. One serving of honey chicken contains 35g of protein.
Place the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, and pour the starch over them. Mix well so that the chicken pieces are evenly coated with a thin layer of starch.
In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, and garlic powder to form a smooth sauce.
Pour olive oil into a pan and heat over medium/high heat. Place the chicken pieces in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the chicken is slightly crispy and browned on both sides.
