Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat milk vanilla flavored
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup sugar free
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter smooth
  • 0.5 cup frozen banana or 1 small banana
  • 0.5 cup ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla flavored
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend the ingredients until a smooth and creamy consistency
  • Serve in a glass, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy!
