Cut the tomato into medium thick slices, the onion into thin slices and roughly chop or cut the lettuce into smaller pieces.
Prepare the Sriracha mayo sauce by mixing together the Sriracha sauce and the light mayo. (this step is optional and can be replaced by just using any other of your favorite sauce)
Mold the ground beef into a ~2 cm / 0.8 inch thick patty and season evenly on both sides with freshly ground salt and pepper.
Get your non-stick pan to medium heat and fry the beef patty for ~5-6 minutes on each side for medium, 7-8 minutes for a well done beef burger patty. A minute before the beef patty is done, add the slice of cheese on top of the patty so it starts to melt properly. Once the beef patty is done, remove it from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Place the soft tortilla on the cutting board and cut a straight line down the middle of the tortilla so it’s possible to fold it.
Place the fried beef patty on top of the left bottom side of the tortilla. On the top left side, add the pickles. On the top right side, add the chopped lettuce and on top of it a slice of tomato. Finally on the bottom right side of the tortilla, add the sauce and sliced onion rings on top of the sauce.
Wrap it starting from the bottom right part to the top right, then to the top left and finally to the bottom left.
Brown the tortilla on both sides on a low/medium heated pan until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the burger tortilla wrap from the pan, serve and enjoy!
